The castle is located above Usti nad Labem and creates its inseparable dominant. Today, there are only ruins of a Gothic castle from the 14th century, which was expanded in the 16th century and, during the Thirty-year war, it was ruined and consequently abandoned in the 17th century. In the 19th century, it was restored to serve the purpose of a vacation destination.
